The BSS Department consist of providing, creating, and supplying support in the areas of New Business Start-up, Existing Business, Document Filings, Copies, Status of Certificate, Resident Agent, and Website.

What is a Resident Agent? A Resident Agent is anyone (business or individual) who is over 18 of age and who have a physical Residential Address in the state of which you are applying the business.

A Resident Agent is designated to receive service of process (SOP) when a business entity is a party in a legal action such as a lawsuit or summons.
Status of Certificate (Good Standing Certificate)!!
What is a Status of Certificate? A Status of Certificate is a certificate showing that you are in compliance with the State. It's a legal document form.

Why do you need an updated copy of your companies Status of Certificate? Keeping an updated Certificate of Good Standing on hand and supplying this document to others will show that your company is legitimate and is in Good Standing compliance with the state. This is a form of Trust.
